WHO WE ARE

We build the ground
under space engineering.

A small team that got tired of learning satellites from a textbook — so we built the hardware to learn them by hand instead.

Okay, real talk — we didn't even study satellite engineering. We're ECE students. But somewhere along the way, satellites got under our skin — we just always found ourselves curious about them. And for the longest time, we assumed that curiosity was a dead end, because come on, satellites? That sounds expensive, that sounds like NASA-budget stuff, not something a couple of students poke around with. Then one of our professors — someone deep into satellite tracking and everything that comes with it — started talking about this world in a way that made it feel less like science fiction and more like something we could actually build. That was it, that was the spark. We got hooked, and pretty soon "just curious" turned into "let's actually build this." And the more we got into it, the more one thing bothered us: why should this stay locked behind expensive labs and big budgets? So we set out to build ground infrastructure that's actually affordable — a satellite rig you can genuinely operate with your own hands, and an antenna system that tracks it across the sky on its own — so that other students who get that same spark of curiosity we did don't have to just imagine it on a slide either.

🚀 WHAT WE'RE HERE TO DO

Put real satellite hardware, ground control, and live tracking within reach of any student, researcher, or small ground station — not just well-funded labs.

🌌 WHERE HAVE WE HEADED

A future where any engineering lab can run its own ground station, students learn space hardware by building with it, and India builds its own small-satellite infrastructure from the ground up.

WHAT WE BUILD

Two problems, two products.

🛰️

APEX CubeSat Emulation Kit

A working 1U satellite rig — power, sensing, communications, and a live ground control dashboard — for anyone who wants to learn satellites by running one, not reading about one.

📡

APEX Antenna Rotator

An automated antenna mount that locks onto a satellite and follows it across the sky without anyone touching a dial — built for both portable setups and permanent ground stations.

THE TEAM

Three engineers who wanted to point
an antenna at the sky and have it work.

The founders of Team APEX studied Electronics & Communication Engineering together, and kept running into the same wall: real satellite communication hardware was locked away behind price tags only well-funded labs could afford. Everything they learned about satellites came from slides, not switches. That frustration is what pushed them to start APEX — building ground station and satellite hardware affordable enough for any student or small lab to actually own, power up, and learn from by hand.
