Sales Policy

1. How Ordering Works

Adding items to your cart and submitting the checkout form creates a Request, not a confirmed order. Our team reviews each request and issues a formal quotation by email with final pricing, GST, and a secure payment link (or, for manual arrangements, bank transfer details).

2. Quotations & Pricing

Prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Once a quotation has been generated, the quoted prices will not change. Quotations paid via our online payment link do not expire — they remain payable until paid in full. Quotations arranged manually (bank transfer, etc.) similarly carry no fixed expiry and remain valid until payment is completed.

3. GST

GST is currently calculated at a flat 18% (9% CGST + 9% SGST) for intra-state billing. If you require inter-state (IGST) billing, please contact our sales team directly to arrange it manually.

4. Payment

Full or partial payment as indicated in your quotation confirms your order; any remaining balance is payable before dispatch. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay — APEX does not store your card, UPI, or bank details.

5. Manufacturing & Delivery

Delivery timelines shared with your quotation are estimates from the date of confirmed payment and may vary due to logistics or component availability. You can track your order's status (including expected manufacturing completion and delivery dates) at any time using your Request ID and email via the "Request Status" option on this site.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing begins by contacting our sales team; a refund will be processed for any amount already paid, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Once manufacturing has started, cancellations are handled case-by-case.

7. Warranty

Products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage arising from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification is not covered.

8. Workshops

Workshop bookings follow the same quotation and payment process as product orders; partial payments are accepted, with the workshop confirmed once any payment is received and the remaining balance payable afterward.
